What sort of homes do you build?

We build any style home you like – traditional, federation style, new modern, beach house or granny flat. Whether it be from your own plan or ours, or even made up to your requirements and budget, we can build a home that suits you.

Are your homes made from steel frame or timber frame?

Mostly we use timber as the framing for your home, but we can provide steel if you prefer.

What is involved if we choose to build with Eucalypt Homes Qld?

We come to you and provide a free, no-obligation quote in writing. Quotations are valid for a period of 30 days. Once you decide to move forward, we’ll provide you with a contract that you can bring to your bank for approval. After arranging financing, you will need to provide a 5% deposit. We will then begin drafting your plans, pay QBCC Insurance, Builder’s Insurance and QLeave payments (if required by contract) and submit all plans and fees to your local Council or Private Certifier for acceptance. This, combined with soil testing and engineer’s reports, can take up to 6 weeks (depending on your council office). Once everything has been accepted by council, we get underway immediately and usually have you in your new home in just a few short months.

What is included in your quotes?

We make sure every detail is included in your home or renovation, from soil evaluation to toilet roll holders, and everything in between. If it is stated on the quote, then it is included. If you want landscaping, we can include that also. Just ask, and we can include anything you request at the right price for you. No detail is left out, so you know exactly what you are getting for your dollar.
